ADMISSION PROCEDURE

  • All students shall make themselves familiar with the rules and regulations that concern their conduct in the school. ignorance of the rules will not be accepted as an excuse. Parents are requested to ensure that the rules and regulations are carefully observed by the student.

  • Children desiring admission to the K.G. section, of the school shall submit the following documents along with the application.

    • 1. The photocopy of the birth certificate.

    • 2. Two passport size photos.

  • Students seeking admission to the standard First shall submit the following documents besides those mentioned in the application form.

    • 1. The original birth certificate issued from the village or the municipal office.

  • However the school does not guarantee the admission to standard I, to those students who have successfully completed their K.G Course at any other school including the school of Sangli Mission Society.

  • A candidate who has attended any recognized school cannot be admitted without a Leaving Certificate from the school last attended.

  • In case of candidate coming from the schools outside the state of Maharashtra, the Leaving Certificate must be countersigned by the educational officer of the district, in which the previous school is situated.

Admission Guidelines

  • MY WEB SCHOOL accepts admissions for boys and girls of all classes starting from play Group and up to Class XII. Our academic year commences in April each year with registrations being accepted from September of the preceding year. We, of course, welcome enquiries at any stage of the year since we understand the problems faced by students who must move in the middle of the academic year due to transfers of their parents.

  • Registration for admission to Play Group is done for children aged 2 years 3 months (as on 31st March of the year of commencement of class). An authentic certificate of date of birth is an essential requirement for admission.

  • Students coming from other schools and looking to join classes 2nd to 12th are required to produce a School Leaving Certificate. In case of inter-state transfer, the authenticity of the same would be checked from the website of the previous school.

Parents should take utmost care to tally the name and date of birth as given in the application form with the date of birth as given in the original birth certificate and/or transfer certificate. The date of birth recorded in the admission form cannot be changed later.

Important Instructions

  1. An Application/Registration Form may be downloaded from our website or collected from our reception desk, filled and submitted at the reception desk of School Address , whereupon the student's name will be registered for admission. It is also possible to register online through our website. Parents should fill up and sign the application/Registration form and other necessary papers with due care. In case this form is filled in by guardians, then it should be stated clearly on the form.

  2. Grant of admission will be the sole discretion of the school.

  3. Once admission has been offered by the school, all fees are then payable by cheque or Demand Draft. A place in the school cannot be confirmed until all fees are received. For admission, the Photocopy of the birth certificate of the candidate is required to be submitted and in the case of transfer, the Transfer Certificate in original should be produced.

  4. No admission will be deemed to be complete and valid till the above documents are submitted.

Acceptance of admission fee is not a guarantee of admission. The admission shall remain only provisional until all the documents are verified and found to be correct by the school authorities.

Note :
• Parents must go through the prospectus carefully before filling in the registration/enrollment form.
• An application will be summarily rejected if any discrepancy between the particulars given in the form and supporting documents is detected.

Documents Required At The Time Of Submission Of Form
Attested copies of the following documents should be enclosed with the filled in registration forms. 1. Birth Certificate (Photocopy at the time of registration and the original at the time of admission for verification) 2. Previous year's Marks Sheet from class II onwards. 3. Transfer Certificate (original at the time of admission from class II onwards) 4. Four recent passport sized colour photographs of the pupil. 5. Registration card issued in class IX and XI from CBSE and proof of transfer of parents for classes X and XII.

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE

On request, Transfer Certificate may be issued at any time of the year. The request must be in proper format and should be countersigned by the parent or guardian. But, no leaving certificate will be issued until all dues (library, lab and fee) to the school are cleared. The school reserves to itself the right to dismiss any student whose academic performance is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students. Grave insubordination or contempt of authority justifies immediate dismissal.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING SCHOOL FEE


CHEQUES FOR SCHOOL FEE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ALL WORKING DAYS AT THE FEE COUNTER OF THE SCHOOL FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. (10:30 – 11:00 a.m.:-TEA BREAK).


Beyond 3:00 p.m. fee cheque stapled with the invoice should be dropped in the cheque drop box available at the school gate till the last day of payment without fine of each quarter.

1. All school dues must be paid at the fee counter of the school by a crossed Local Cheque/Draft in favour of WEB SCHOOL, CHANDIGARH  along with fully completed copies of the fee slip. The Cheque/Draft must contain Student’s name, Class, Section, Admission Number, Father’s Name & Contact Number at the back.

2. Fee must be paid by the “Last Date of Payment”.

3. If the “Last Date of Payment” is a holiday then the next working day after such holiday is considered to be the “Last Date of Payment”.

4. If fee is not paid by the “Last Date of Payment” a fine of Rs. 10/- per day including all holidays, will be charged from the “Last Date of Payment” and till the day of payment of fee.

5. Cheque returned by the bank on which it is drawn, for any reason what so ever shall be treated as non-payment of dues and an additional amount of Rs. 295/- shall be charged towards expenses along with the late fine and additional penalty as the case may be. In case of cheque bouncing, fee will be accepted only through Demand Draft including the penalties.

6. Issuing of fee reminders is not mandatory for school. It is the duty of the parents to deposit the fee as per the above schedule.

7. If the fee of a quarter is not paid by the last date for payment with fine, the student will not be allowed to attend classes until an additional penalty of Rs. 1000/- is paid along with fine of Rs. 10/- per day.

8. Any fee defaulter falling under ruling (7), shall be regularized only after the permission of the Principal.

9. All communication regarding fee are normally routed through the students. Parents are requested to make their ward aware in this regard.

10. To facilitate the parents the school will accept postdated cheques for quarterly fee in school A/C department. Acceptance of such cheques will be subject to last date of payment by cheque. No request will be accepted to hold the cheques after the date mentioned on the cheque.

11. No fee shall be treated as the current quarter fee or advance fee unless and until all previous fee dues are cleared in full.

12. Fee shall be payable for the entire month if the student attends the school even for one day during the quarter.

13. In case of loss of the original PASS/I CARD/BADGE/MARK SHEET, its duplicate would be issued on payment of Rs. 20/40/60/100 respectively.
